Setup and Removal: Allow at least 30 minutes on each side of your party for setup and takedown. For indoor venues, collection should be 30 minutes before your event ends and we can help you arrange the hall if you require, ask us when contacting us and we will be glad to be of assistance.

We offer half-day hire (up to 4 hours) and full-day hire (up to 8 hours). Hire outside is full day only, No deposits and no cancellation fees.

We offer Free delivery for Bouncy Castle Hire in Plymouth, with a small charge for the outskirts. Ask for our delivery charges on our Contact us form if you're unsure, and we'll be glad to help.

No Deposits, No Cancellation Fees

No deposits required for hires under £200. Payment can be made via online banking or cash on the day. We have a no-cancellation fee policy due to bad weather or other issues. Contact us ASAP if you need to cancel.

Weather Policy

Rain: Light showers are manageable, but heavy rain is dangerous. We monitor weather conditions and will inform you if a change of plans is needed.

Wind: Wind speeds of 24mph or above are unsafe. We take this very seriously and will refuse setup in such conditions. We will contact you to discuss alternatives.
