Please check you have entered your email address and contact number correctly for confirmation purposes on any inquiries form or email. When booking your party please allow at least 30 minutes each side of the party for setup and removal purposes.

On booking in will ask what time you would like us to arrive this is not the start of the party time and should be at least 30 minutes prior to start of party. collection time should be 30 minutes before you need to be out of the venue (if indoors) this gives us time to get the equipment out.

We cover all of the Plymouth area with free delivery a small delivery fee on the outskirts. We also do Bouncy castle hire in Saltash, Callington, Liskeard, Landrake, Ivybridge, Tavistock, Yelverton, Yealmpton, Brixton and surrounding areas. contact us if you are unsure or would like any advise.

We offer half a day hire (up to 4 hour party) and full day hire (up to 8 hour party). No deposits and no cancellation fees.

Custom Made Party Packages: We have many ready made Party Packages on our website but its impossible for us to make every combination with so much equipment but we can create any party package you like with our equipment on our site. Call us to discuss the equipment you would like and get a discount on multiple items once you have decided what you would like alternatively book the equipment you would like online and we will adjust the price to a package price.

Indoor Parties and Venues: 364 days a year we are available to put our equipment into Church Halls, School Halls, Social Clubs and Community Centres. Free Delivery: We offer free delivery in the Plymouth area with a small charge on the outskirts. You can check the delivery charge by entering your postcode on the booking system by entering your postcode or selecting the area you are in. please check your area is named before entering a postcode as some areas have a large postcode area and different delivery prices occur in the same postcode area. Contact us if your unsure and we will be more glad to help

No Deposits No Cancelation Fees: We don't take deposits for any hire under £200. Payment is via online banking or Cash on the day we also have a no cancelation fee policy due to bad weather or any issue resulting in you not going ahead but you must contact us asap so we can hire the equipment out to someone else. We think this is more than a fair policy.

Bad Weather (April > October): If you have booked outside or are thinking about it please be aware of certain factors that could affect you hire

1) Rain: Although the odd shower isn't necessarily a problem consistent or heavy rain will not only be dangerous to use the equipment it spoils the fun of the party so we make all customers aware that in the event of heavy rain we would need to either cancel or you would need to get an indoor venue to continue your hire which sometimes can be tricky at last minute notice. We do constantly monitor the weather and inform our customers if the hire is likely to go ahead or not should the weather be looking bad giving you enough time to replan to a indoor hire or make alternative arrangements. We will not be persuaded to setup in heavy rain as it goes against our guidelines of HSE and our professional hirers group. we have a no fee cancelation policy as after all its not the customers or ourselves fault what mother nature throws at us

2) Wind: Wind can be pretty damaging and is certainly dangerous to have any inflatable setup outside if winds (including gust) are 24mph or above. More severe than heavy rain as when an inflatable is inflated it becomes very light and easily moved. This is a very important and serious issue the industry has dealt with over the past few years with some companies setting up regardless of the conditions which is unprofessional and endangers children's lives which we will also refuse to negotiate for safety reasons. We will again contact customers a few days prior to the day to discuss an alternative option and we will help in any way we can to make your party go ahead.

Professional Members: We are Members of the South West of England Professional Hirers Group, which has strong standards which members are checked and vetted for 2 years. Members have to be full time giving 100% into the industry, Minimum 5 million public Liability insurance must be carried and necessary risk assessments carried out , All inflatables are tested to Rpii or Pipa standards where necessary. Show professional understanding to BS EN14960 safety guidelines which only commercial equipment can be used.
