Here are a few questions that we get asked on many occasion and if we haven't answered you question please don't hesitate to contact us we will be more than happy to help where we can
Q: How long is the hire of your Bouncy Castles / Sumo Suit Hire for my party?
A: The Hire of our Bouncy Castles and Sumo Suits and prices are for up to 4 hours rental half a day or up to 8 hours (full day) (Longer can be arranged for an additional charge).
Q: My Postcode doesn't show when selecting a delivery address do you deliver to my area?
A: If your postcode is not listed call us on 07725 320944 and we will give you a delivery price for your area.
Q: Why can't I book a Party package online?
A: Because we need staff to man the machines or face paints we need to make sure we have the staff to provide your package which is the reason packages are not available to book online.
Q: What happens if it rains on the day of my Bouncy Castle Hire?
A: We can't help the British weather but if it does rain persistently we have no option but to cancel the Bouncy Castle Hire however we will give you a discount for your next Bouncy Castle. If there is the odd occasional light shower it's not a problem as most of our Bouncy castles come with rain covers built in and we have blower covers to protect the rest of our equipment.
Q: When and how do I pay for my Hire Items?
A: Most people Pay by Cash on the day (when items are delivered) you can also pay by instant bank transfer contact us for banking details.
Q: What happens if I cancel my Bouncy Castle due to weather or illness etc?
A:We fully understand that things can happen beyond our control and yours that is why we won't charge a cancellation fee all we ask is you tell us ASAP as unfortunately once we arrive to deliver the items payment will be due.
Q: I am organizing a Fete/Fun day can you help?
A:Yes we cater for all occasions contact us for a few options which will help your school/group make some money without risk of losing profit and both can benefit from it. or you could simply hire a Bouncy Castle from us.
Q:Are your Bouncy Castles suitable for Adults?
A:Yes Bouncy Castles are suitable for adults if it states it in our information on the particular castle you were thinking of hiring however we DO NOT hire to Adult Only Parties .The occasional Adult joining in with a children's Party is not a problem at all or at Weddings.
Q:I have steps leading up to my house can I still have a Bouncy castle?
A:Yes that's not a problem but please tell us of any obstacles when booking the Bouncy Castle etc so arrangements can be made.If you are unsure of anything ask when you ring us we have done deliveries where the garden was on a huge slope and another garden was so small it was impossible to fit even a small paddling pool in and all it does is disappoints the Children whom were expecting a Bouncy castle.
